Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We primarily ship via USPS. Carrier and service type are selected based on the weight of your order:

Orders under 1 pound: USPS First Class Mail

Orders over 1 pound: USPS Priority Mail

Heavier shipments: May be upgraded to UPS Ground for faster or more secure delivery
Estimated transit times:

USPS First Class & Priority: 3–7 business days

UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
Please note: Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and current carrier delays. Expect up to 7–14 business days total (processing + transit) for most orders.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping via UPS Worldwide Saver.

Transit times vary depending on the destination country.

Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Wellington Allstars is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to carrier issues once they are marked as shipped.

If your package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first using the tracking number provided.
