We want you to love your purchase from Wellington Allstars. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 


 

 

Return Eligibility

 


We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

 

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Be in its original packaging with tags attached

  • Include a valid proof of purchase or receipt

 


Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are returned beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted.

 


 

 

How to Start a Return

 


To initiate a return, contact us at:

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

 

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on where and how to send your item

 


Do not return items without receiving approval first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


The following items are not eligible for return:

 

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, soaps)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

 


To exchange an item, we recommend:

 

  1. Initiating a return.

  2. Once accepted, placing a new order for the item you want.

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please note: Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union Customers

 


If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under the EU consumer cooling-off period. Items must meet the same return condition requirements stated above.
